Registration, Refund and Cancellation policies

All registrations must be done online at fulcrumaltenrative.com . Courses are canceled or confirmed by Fulcrum Alternative two weeks prior to course date. Please register early to avoid course cancellations. All dental courses are approved for continuing education credit on an hour-for-hour basis by the California State Board of Dental Examiners, up to a maximum of 8 educational units per day. Please refer to the course information for the number of units.

Continuing education programs offered by Fulcrum Alternative are intended to be for review purposes only. Additional training may be necessary to become fully proficient in any area or technique within dentistry.

A full credit card refund will be issued if a cancellation by an attendee is received within five days following the day of the course. We cannot issue a cash refund for credit card transactions. Course registration fees can also be transferred to other programs upon the request of the registrant.
