You do not need to create an account within Zoom as long as you follow the links we have provided you.

Our attendance verification process takes up to three (3) days and is done through our software after the event ends.

NOTE: Each attendee must be logged in on a separate device, so proper attendance can be confirmed for each person.

As long as you log back in using the same name and email your total time will be counted.

Licensed or unlicensed, all courses are tailored and created to meet the needs of every member of the dental team.

Yes! Participants are encouraged to ask questions and make comments. You can interact by typing your questions in the chat box and participate in breakout rooms. Since all courses are in real-time, instructors will see your questions and comments as soon as you submit them.

If you missed a course or need to reschedule a course, Fulcrum Alternative will issue one replacement course per course missed/course rescheduled. There are no cancellation or change fees for adjusting your course schedule. To get a replacement course, you must contact Fulcrum Alternative within 30 days of the missed course.
